Guys... this is THE perfect Saturday evening in a dorm room...

Homework = done.

A freshly cleaned bathroom (compliments of me... lol!).

A loooovely self-pedicure (before I stayed up playing volleyball until midnight I logged 2 miles around the track... in the rain. yayyyy!!! It might not SOUND like much. It was).

And me... frosting cupcakes that my AMAZING mama sent me. I have the most awesome mom in the whole wide world, ok? In my Valentine's Day box was a handful of chocolate cupcakes and a WHOLE can of chocolate frosting.

Here We Go Again!

It's ME!! Alive, and in one piece. Kinda. =) Well, the semester is off to a roaring start, and I'm SUPER behind in blogging. I'll try to catch up as quickly as possible... =) 

I'm going to start off by saying my life is AMAZING. I've been so blessed. I look back over these first few weeks and I see God's hand everywhere. I mean everywhere. It's been phenomenal, watching Him work in my life. All the little details that He's working out.

Let's start at the very beginning!! The day before I left there was the most *gorgeous* snowstorm. Blizzard. Call it what you will, it was truly beautiful. The WHOLE time I was home, we didn't have much "real" snow down at my house (the snowboarding was awesome on the mountain, though... like... feet and feet up there when all we got was rain).


And so I (the Floridian, lol!) went out and played in it.


It was beautifullllllll.


Now I have snowy pictures as my computer background... =)


And there was SO MUCH! I loved it!


The next afternoon, I hopped in the car and Mom and Dad drove me to the airport. Yes, I took the famous "red-eye" flight. It was... an adventure. (to say the least...)


But on the drive down there was an AMAZING sunset!!


It was so super pretty.  I feel like I've said that SO MANY times in this post!! Wellllll. It applies, okay? =)


All those airplanes... people going places. I wonder where. =)


Flying  at night (while being extremely tiring) is extremely fun! It's really gorgeous from up there... all the lights. And the stars... =)


Then I was back in my lovely dorm room... with my lovely view. =) Getting back to work.


And waking up to the Florida sunrises once again! I'm telling ya... nothing like these Florida sunrises!


Piles of books... and papers... and... stuff.  the life of a college student!!


Our messy bulletin board... it's just... a part of our dorm.


My little prayer corner. There's practically no one using the stairs in the early morning... especially because I live on the ninth floor. That certainly helps, haha!! Not much traffic up there...


And speaking of messy... there's a  messy bunk bed. Occasionally. (more like every day, lol)


And LOOK WHO'S HERE!!  My favorite brother!!  Yes. He came down for the weekend. In fact, he's here right now. Isn't that just, like... FABULOUS?!


My bro took me to an AMAZING concert last night - two brilliant pianists (one of whom was my AMAZING professor!) did a stellar performance of Liszt, Mozart, Chopin, and Beethoven. It was... AMAZING!! =) haha... I use that word a lot, too.  Just ask my roommate, Tyler. This gal is an angel... and a HUGE blessing to me! Love ya, girl!


Gotta be the cutest couple on campus... lol. Just kidding. But HE at least looks pretty darn cute.


And now we're sitting at Starbucks, blogging, editing pictures, and chatting up a STORM.


And drinking coffee. Yeah. that's kinda important.


So, dear friends, lovely readers... ladies and gentlemen... what's been happening in YOUR life, lately? Hope that the Lord is just being EPIC in your life. I know that He's done SO MUCH for me, especially in these last few weeks. I'll be posting some "devotions" later... stuff that I've been learning about life, love, and my Jesus.  He's pretty "amazing." =)  Much love!Hannah

Back to the Books

Well, hello from sunny Florida!!

Not to make you jealous or anything... but I'm sitting here in my shorts, munching on M&Ms and listening to a terrific thunderstorm. It's definitely fabulous... and beats freezing my lil' nose off in Washington! Haha... I do miss the awesome snowboarding!

Well, just thought I'd stop in for a quick "how-de-do-de?" Are y'all surviving February so far? =) At least having a leeeetle fun?
