Wowwww... spring break is gone, midterms are over, and there are only FIVE full weeks of classes left. Where has the time gone? At the beginning of the semester, it always seems like it's going to last f.o.r.e.v.e.r. I haven't posted a *real* post in the same ammount of f.o.r.e.v.e.r., either!! haha! Well... just to keep y'all occupied...
.
This is my personal blog after all, so I thought it was high time some of my fabulous friends got a chance to see the world. =) It's been such a blessing getting to know these girls. They've been a real encouragement in my life, and I certainly don't know what I would do without them!!
.
A few weeks ago, my college had Bible Conference. It's kinda like our Spring Break... we take most of the week off school and we get to hear some amazing preaching from our faculty as well as visiting pastors. In addition to getting some phenomenal messages, we have boatloads of guests on campus... annnnndd the Bible Conference picnic. One of the major events of the semester. They seriously serve us lunch outside on the grass. Live music, games, and funnel cakes... what could be better?
.
We had plenty of free time to do other fun stuff, too. Like run to Little Caeser's and eat a whole pepperoni pizza with two of my girlfriends (gulp. I just admitted that.). Or watch the collegian basketball championships and go bowling with my suitemate. Or sit out on the empty soccer field and talk to God about all the changes He's been working in my life over the semester. He's been so good and so faithful. It's been hard and wonderful - and you all know that it's been stressful. But seeing His hand in everything has been just amazing. =)
.
Anyway... I could go on and on about that, but I'll let you get to a few more pictures before I run off and finish my history homework for Monday! =)

Now for introductions... these are just a few of the lovelies who have made my life brighter!! (from left to right...) Sarah, Tyler, Carrie, Anna Grace, and Abigail. Some of the sweetest people you will e.v.e.r. meet! And simply gorgeous, every one of them.
.
Sorry, gents... I don't give out phone numbers.

ReplyDeleteAhh! I love your blog. :) I forget about it and then I'm like "Oh!! Farmgirl in Flipflops blog. I am going to go read everything I missed!" And then I get to read and see all the lovely posts from the past month or so. ;) haha. I've probably told you but I love how your blog is so clean and clutter-free. Keep it up, girlio!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing, Hannah! So glad you're having a fun time at college... looks like a blast! Enjoy that warm Floridian weather. =) But hey, it's been a high of 80 here in IA lately, so we're getting a little taste too. ;)
ReplyDeleteBlessings, girl!
